Responsibilities

Summary

 

To provide resins, concentrates, additives and all packaging supplies for all lines within designated area. Remove finished product and scrap from lines, stretch wrap and inventory complete all finished pallets. Perform resin changes when required.

 

Maintain optimum inventory levels of additive and concentrate in floor hold areaResponsible for ensuring compliance with work orders by providing proper resins to linesResponsible for provided all packaging supplies to the line staging areasResponsible for changing resin on order changesResponsible for scanning all finished good into inventory (DC LINK)Responsible for properly labelling, weighing and transferring shift scrapDocuments discrepancies and/or problems with resin systems and blendersFollows AIB Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) per written procedures and practicesResponsible for maintaining housekeeping standards as prescribedProcess paperwork as it relates to material type, pounds, etc.Maintenance on pumps and blenders as designatedEmpties rail cars and prepares necessary documentsPrepares reports as requestedPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications Forklift licenseKnowledge of DC LinkGood communication skills Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
