\nJob Description:
\nThe Material Handler provides essential day-to-day support for print-mail operations, ensuring efficient workflow by handling various tasks such as bindery services and staging printed materials with necessary inserts and envelopes for machine or manual insertion.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n Execute material handling tasks in adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).\n Operate bindery equipment, power jacks, and specialized Blue Crest systems to support product and service operations.\n Utilize communication channels including email and fire call alerts for efficient exchange of information.\n Expand proficiency within operational processes, utilizing production systems such as OOM (our internal workflow tracking system) and RIMs (our warehouse inventory system).\n\nRequirements:
\n\n Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain attention to detail.\n Independently address typical problems within work area, evaluating and implementing solutions following established procedures.\n Contribute to team effectiveness through the delivery of high-quality services and information.\n\nQualifications:
\n\n Proficiency gained through on-the-job experience and job-related training.\n Competency in organizing data and coordinating tasks to meet operational objectives.\n Works effectively within defined processes and procedures, occasionally assisting in determining appropriate approaches for new assignments.\n Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, providing guidance as needed.\n Demonstrates discretion in modifying work practices to enhance efficiency and achieve desired outcomes.\n\nThis role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of our team.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

\nThe estimated salary range for this role is $18.50 per hour.
