Our client, a manufacturer in Boylston, MA is looking to hire a Material Handler for their location. The ideal candidate will need 1 to 2 of relative experience for this position. Responsibilities include selecting outgoing items from stock as requested by manufacturing and deliver to the appropriate department.

The Day-to-Day:

Participates in daily cycle counts and provides accurate inventory counts.Stores incoming materials from receiving and production in proper bin locations.Selects and prepares items from stock for shipments to customers.Documenting inventory transactions accurately on proper inventory documents.Inspects equipment used daily to ensure proper and safe functioning.Loads and unloads trailers as required for receiving shipping, or transfers.Updates the inventory in the database as required by the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Basic math with computer skillsAbility to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs.1 to 2 of relative experience

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.50 /hrMonday to Friday2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
