POSITION SUMMARY:  Shipping/Material Handler is responsible for the movement of finished goods within the Atkins facility.

MAIN DUTIES:

Operate electric pallet jacks and/or walkie stackers to deliver materials to and from the warehouse in a safe and timely manner.

Operate lifts as needed

Perform flagger duties when a sit-down lift or reach truck is needed on the production floor.

Move molds to and from the machine shop

Use scanner to ensure inventory accuracy before taking materials to warehouse

Pull materials and stage in warehouse to take to production lines

Put-away materials from production into the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner.

Communicate with the production team and warehouse team to ensure materials are delivered to the production lines.

Scan product into inventory

Heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.

Misc. duties as assigned by supervisor
