This position will also involve interaction with other departments such as Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Support. **Responsibilities:** + Clean and package material per specification for safe shipment. + Monitor for and report damaged/defective materials (or questionable) to department Supervisor. + Participate in area Job Hazard Analysis. + Make pick-ups and deliveries within the company campus. + Perform data entry and record retention. + Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition. + Adhere to all safety regulations and make recommendations. + Lift up to 35 lbs. **Essential Skills:** + Experience in warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving, Microsoft Excel, and data entry. + Familiarity with SAP and inventory control. + Proficiency in using a pallet jack. + Strong organizational skills and detailed record keeping. + Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. + Self-motivated with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage changing priorities. + Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + General computer proficiencies. + Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word is a plus. + Strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels within the organization and outside. + Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents. + Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. + Result-driven with ownership and accountability. + Ability to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements. + Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision. + Demonstrate open, clear, concise, and professional communication. + Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with managers, co-workers, and customers. + Ability to work according to a strict set of procedures within provided timelines. **Work Environment:** The company brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips.
