We’re happy to discuss flexible working hours, patterns, and locations to suit you and the business. **What You'll Be Doing** **Job Scope:** The Material Handler may adjust loading operations within procedural guidelines or as needed to avoid a safety, environmental or equipment-damaging incident. The Material Handler is authorized to prepare equipment under their direction for maintenance. The Material Handler may perform minor maintenance within the scope of the individual’s capabilities. Responsible for ensuring that all AIMS HESQ policies & practices (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 & RCMS) are followed by all operations personnel. This includes compliance with OSHA 1910, environmental regulations and permits, quality systems, and safe work permit practices. **Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + Handles loading of finished products into Tank Cars, Tank Trucks, ISO Tanks and other packages as necessary, following all DOT 49 CFR and IMDG shipping regulations. + Blends and/or packages finished products as required for filing orders. + Unloads raw material and incidentals such as oil, etc. + Assists with loading of waste prior to disposal. + Cleans and Permits equipment for Maintenance. + Ensures proper package Placarding and labeling per DOT and IMDG. + Ensures accuracy of Production orders. + Ensures accuracy of SAP entries. + Ensures accuracy of all inventories. + Writes SAP work notification as required for all equipment needing maintenance. + Partners with plant personnel to safely produce and package heavy Mercaptan and Sulfides. + Partners with contractors and company personnel on routine and non-routine projects. + Team player with the ability to effectively communicate with plant personnel at various levels. + Supports the site HESQ policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements. + Participates in HESQ activities provided by site management (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, SafeStart, etc.). + Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents. **Ideal Background** **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent. **Experience:** 2+ years of accredited training in Process Technology or similar field (desired) **.** Previous experience or training in the petrochemical industry performing similar work. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs. \#LI-MM2 **Hargrove Culture** We work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
