**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler for our day shift from 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will accurately handle transactions and the physical movement of materials in and out of the stockroom, manage inventory levels, maintain cycle counts, and ensure the warehouse is clean and organized. **Responsibilities** + Accurately handle transactions and physical movement of material in and out of the stockroom + Manage accurate inventory levels + Maintain cycle counts and a clean warehouse + Accurately kit all work orders + Assist in WIP movement and transactions + Assist with shipping/receiving packaging as needed + Drive company truck and/or forklift if required + Perform other duties as needed + Maintain regular attendance as an essential duty + Cross-train and transition fluidly between departments for competitive advantage + Achieve proficiency with all level 1 tasks within 90 days of hire + Complete on-the-job training for various tasks under lead guidance **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation + Inventory management + Material handling + Cycle counting + Data entry + ERP system usage (e.g., SAP) + Pick and packaging + RF scanner usage **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification + Valid driver's license + Experience with power tools + Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently and over 25 lbs. with assistance + Visual acuity for assigned tasks + Comfortable with exposure to electrical currents, moving mechanical parts, and chemicals + Ability to handle frequent interruptions + Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as required **Why Work Here?** We offer long-term employment opportunities in a supportive and collaborative environment where you can develop your skills and grow within the company. **Work Environment** This position is located in our warehouse building, working closely with production teams.
