Material Handler
Position Overview International is hiring Full-Time Material Handlers to join our Midwest Parts Distribution Center in Joliet, IL. This position is responsible for ensuring the proper parts are shipped to get our customers' trucks back on the road. Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Starting Pay: $21.75 Per Hour Yearly Pay Progressions: 2026 $22.50 Per Hour 2027 $23.25 Per Hour 2028 $24.00 Per Hour 2029 $24.75 Per Hour After 90 days of employment there will be a $500 sign on bonus. Responsibilities In this role, you will be receiving, binning, picking, packing and shipping customer orders in a safe, productive, and error free manner. Operate various equipment at high altitudes including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Dock Trucks and Sit-Down Forklifts. This position requires you to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and includes climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, walking and standing for long periods of time. All employees must wear safety shoes and approved eye protection. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
