Material Handler
Sets up and operates equipment that mixes and/or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of pasta products. Operates and monitors pasta processing equipment and raw material handling systems and monitors dryers and finished product for conformance to specifications. Maintains a safe and sanitary condition of the production areas. **Employee Type:** Full time **Location:** ND Grand Forks **Job Type:** Production Group **Job Posting Title:** Material Handler **Job Description:** Schedule: Rotating A/B Schedule: (3) days one week and (4) days the next, 12-hour shift, 7:00am to 7:30pm Work Location: 1801 N 36th St, Grand Forks, ND Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, STD/LTD/AD&D/Life, HSA, FSA, EAP, Hospital indemnity, Accident Insurance, Identity and Fraud Protection Plan, Legal, and Critical Illness. Salary: Based on experience and other qualifications: $22.50 per hour **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** 1. Calibrates and maintains ingredient feeders. 2. Completes changeover calibrations. 3. Completes prior additive sheets and starting additive sheets. 4. Completes required outputs and records on additive sheet. 5. Empties feeders and refills with needed additive. 6. Fills and maintains levels of additives. 7. Maintains proper date rotation on all additives, uses FIFO. 8. Maintains paperwork associated with additives. 9. Assists with changeovers and changeover sanitation. 10. Fills additive feeders including handling of 100-pound bags of additives or materials. 11. Performs sanitation assignments on daily sanitation checklist. 12. Performs sanitation in additive storage areas. 13. Performs sanitation for silo loading room and silo room. 14. Performs sanitation in egg areas. 15. Performs raw material handler duties when employee is on break, lunch or out. 16. Will be required to operate fork trucks within required standards of safety and operation. 17.
