Join our team and play a key role in managing inventory and material flow to support efficient production! **Your Impact:** + Allocate materials, track inventory, and prepare product kits. + Organize inventory and collaborate with team members on placement and presentation. + Process Kanban cards for replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records. + Work with buyers and inventory controllers to resolve discrepancies. + Review and manage aged inventory with no movement. + Package and kit parts as per the Bill of Material. **What We’re Looking For:** + High School Diploma or GED required + Strong attendance record and ability to work overtime + Experience in lean manufacturing or material handling preferred + Ability to lift 20-35 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, moving) + Organized with problem-solving and analytical skills + Proficiency in computer systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Word/Excel + Solid communication skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, apply today! **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
