**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** A typical day in the position would involve cycle counts, data entry, forklift driving, saw operation, and efficient use of computer systems. Safety is the top priority at all times. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. + Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. + Utilize computer systems for data entry and inventory management. + Operate saws and other machinery as required. + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. + Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation + Material handling experience + Proficiency with computers and basic math skills + Experience with cycle counting + High School Diploma or GED + Minimum of 1+ years warehouse and production experience in a metals facility or manufacturing related facility **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF scanning + Inventory control + Picking and packing + Production experience + Carpentry and framing + Use of hand and power tools + Blueprint reading + Experience with water jets **Why Work Here?** The organization is solid and has doubled in employee size over the last 3-5 years. The warehouse environment includes 150-160 full-time employees. The dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, steel-toed shoes, and PPE provided by the client. Shifts are as follows: 1st: 6am-2pm, 2nd: 2pm-10pm, 3rd: 10pm-6am. Employees are required to work 7 days a week for at least the next 3 months, with one Sunday off per month (every 21 working shifts). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Park City, Kansas **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $20.20/hr.
