You will directly impact daily store operations by meeting critical part availability goals, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with **FAA** and **ISO** requirements. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** + **Participate in team and tier meetings** to ensure alignment with operational goals. + **Bin incoming parts** and ensure correct organization for easy accessibility. + **Maintain parts quantity accuracy** by double-checking deliveries and ensuring proper counts. + **Receive and issue parts** as needed to support operations. + **Timely barcode empty bin parts** for tracking and inventory purposes. + **Adhere to FAA and ISO standards** , ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations. **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent (a plus). + **Some experience in material handling** or store operations in a manufacturing setting. + Basic **computer literacy** for tracking and managing materials. + **Strong communication skills** , both oral and written. + **Attention to detail** and a strong work ethic. + **Initiative and creativity** to problem-solve and improve processes. **Why Join Us:** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we believe in fostering a **collaborative and innovative culture** .
