PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a detail-oriented **Stockroom Operations / Material Handling Specialist** to support essential inventory management for high-tech aerospace production. Your role will help keep operations running smoothly, ensuring that materials are available exactly when and where they’re needed. **What You’ll Do Every Day:** **Material Handling & Inventory Management** – Receive, store, and issue materials efficiently to maintain seamless production. **Data & Documentation** – Record inventory data, print and assemble router packets, and maintain accurate stock levels. **Organization & Storage** – Pack, unpack, and store items in an orderly, accessible manner. **Cycle Counts & Audits** – Perform weekly inventory checks and assist in continuous improvement efforts. **Collaboration & Compliance** – Work closely with cell planners, follow safety and quality standards, and support production priorities. **Flexibility & Commitment** – Work overtime as needed to meet business demands. **What We’re Looking For:** **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in stockroom operations, material handling, or inventory management. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. + Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking. + Ability to lift/move materials and stand for extended periods. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
