This role encompasses Shipping and Receiving operations, inventory management, and general warehouse operations, requiring flexibility for extended shifts during peak periods. Key responsibilities include processing domestic and international shipments, conducting material movements, aiding in replenishment operations, performing material receipt for inbound shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle count management. All operations will be performed while adhering to quality and safety standards. Core Job Duties: 1. Follow established warehouse work instructions and procedures. 2. Process international and domestic shipments, to include documentation and logistics coordination. 3. Manage inventory control activities, to include cycle counting and inventory auditing. 4. Perform material replenishment operations in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Accurately process inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy of receipt. 6. Operate powered industrial trucks and equipment. 7. Participate in special projects or tasks as needed. 8. Maintains appropriate 5S conditions, keeping warehouse aisles and locations clean and organized. 9. May assist in training new employees or new processes with existing staff. 10. Consults with Supervisor on questionable cases involving material, quality, or procedure matters. 11. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Job Requirements Education & Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent Familiarity with SAP, MS Suite, and Workday preferred. Prior warehouse experience and powered industrial lift truck certification preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: Ability to follow written & verbal instructions in English. High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to work effectively with others, and maintain a positive attitude. Self-starter, motivated, engaged with or without supervision.
