What you will do:

Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or other documentation, including the use of cubiscanOrganize and store materials in designated areas to maintain a clean and orderly warehousePick and pack customer orders; conventionally and via AutoStore Goods-To-Person automationPrepare and package items for shipping, ensuring proper labelling and documentation, including make-to-size on demand carton packagingUtilize appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, reach truck, clamp trucks or pallet jacks, to move materialsUtilize appropriate equipment for order selection such as RF scanners, voice picking   Collaborate with other team members to fulfill and prioritize material requestsMaintain inventory accuracy by assisting in periodic inventory countsIdentify and report any issues with inventory, such as damaged or expired itemsEnsure compliance with housekeeping and safety procedures or guidelines while performing all dutiesOperate computer systems and software to track inventory, shipments, and perform data entry tasks as neededParticipate or assist with associate training/ mentoringAssist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

What will you bring:

Previous warehouse and forklift experienceBasic computer skills. Knowledge or experience with a warehouse management system would be an assetKnowledge of industry products would be an assetDependable and reliable. Ability to take ownership and initiative.Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skillsHigh level of commitment to exceptional customer serviceAble to lift a up to fifty (50lbs) pounds regularly
