Forklift Operator
Day 1 Benefits—$22/hour—Start ASAP!
Location: Fremont, NE
Pay: $18-22/hour
Schedule: Monday Thru Friday, 6:00AM to 4:30PM
About Us:
A leading manufacturer of utility vehicles is seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in the fire apparatus industry.
Job Summary:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all job functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining inventory accuracy.Moving parts, WIP (Work In Progress), or finished products and delivering mail packages to various departments or warehouse locations.Operating various material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, or forklifts.Maintaining required documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with specified procedures.Driving in various road conditions, including small roadways and highways.Ensuring work areas and other designated areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner.Ensuring all material and inventory remains properly identified and stored free from damage or deterioration.
Qualifications:
Preferred 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment.Preferred high school diploma or GED.Proficiency in computer use for data entry, part scanning or transacting, and printing of picklists.A valid Driver's License.Ability to perform all operations within acceptable inventory accuracy, quality, and time standards.Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.Professional communication skills and ability to follow directions.Ability to work in a team environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00
