Responsibilities Exemplifies the Berry Behaviors and Values at all times. Leads by example and exhibits professionalism in all areas when representing Berry inside and outside of the plantAdhere to all safety rules of Berry Global and the Logistics teamEnsure that the Automated Stretch Wrappers remains working efficiently and in proper working capacityContinuously monitor and maintain system dunnage levels (slip sheets, wrapper film, empty pallets, etc.)Finish production room processes by wrapping finish goods (if applicable), and performing a Script 41 - Move on product coming directly off the wrapper and proceeding to scan goods to storage locationUnderstand and abide by all set standards and guidelines within the Warehouse DepartmentLoad / unload and troubleshoot logistics equipment (Wrappers / Dock Locks / Garage Doors / Battery Charging Stations) Understands and will adhere to all ISO & SQF guidelines and policiesTake and score highly on all yearly HR required MyDevelopment coursesTake and score highly on all GDC Training course deemed necessary by SafetyMaintain a safe, clean and organized work areaResponsible for placing product in designated rows in warehouse neatly and evenlySupply production area with needed raw materialsEnsure labeling and packaging are correct prior to moving product into warehouse by understanding how to read a travelerCommunicate with warehouse and production leadership dailyResponsible for loading trucks to customer specifications; verify quantity, product, labeling and packaging is correctGeneral housekeeping of warehouse and dock areasEnsure all trailers are properly inspected and corresponding documentation is filled out properly prior to loadingUse problem-solving skills to handle situations that may ariseAny other tasks or projects as assigned Qualifications
