US - Manati, Puerto Rico

Shift Information

First Shift - Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Pay Information

Starting pay at $10.50/hr + full time benefits + 3% annual bonus eligibility and annual merit increase eligibility

A Day in the Life:

Efficiently handle, store, and distribute materials** to support manufacturing operations.Inspect and verify incoming materials** for quality and accuracy.Maintain accurate inventory records** using our proven inventory management systems.Collaborate with team members** to ensure smooth workflows and strictly adhere to safety standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives** to improve operational efficiency.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Required: No previous work experience required

Preferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related fieldPreferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailDesire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quicklyAbility to read and write in English

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching) required
