This position is responsible for the movement and supply of materials to and from the manufacturing organization. Performs basic movement of materials as well as loading, unloading, dispatch, replenishment, and cycle count activities.

Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws. Responsible for checking on replacement of components. Responsible for shipping and receiving and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Responsible for coordinating and dispatching components to various departments. Responsible for stacking and wrapping pharmacy kits. Collecting documents and samples from various departments. Responsible for maintaining inventory integrity in the ERP system. Responsible to collect and put away recycles, cycle counts and inventory. Troubleshoots routine issues in Manufacturing, Pharmacy and Packaging as they arise. Uses various types of material handling equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and order pickers to process daily tasks. Read and interpret manufacturer labels, receiving documents and compare/verify against information in the ERP system. Verification of the material being received, sampled, dispatched, or moved within the ERP system. Responsible for completing all training requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with all assignments. Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) instructions. Education/Certification/Experience:
Require high school diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years of experience working in manufacturing environment preferably in a pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or food industry’ or an equivalent of education and experience.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements. Business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Experience with SAP operating systems or similar ERP system. Experience with multiple types of material handling equipment. Prior experience with Pharmaceuticals material handling or equivalent industry. Business, scientific, and personal computer hardware and software applications. Skill levels in MS Office including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint. Must be able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity and discretion. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
Problem Solving:
Develop the skills through formal training or work experience to resolve routine issues without supervisory approval. Able to identify solutions to general problems through collaboration and creativity.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to travel between Davie and Sunrise facilities to perform warehouse duties as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent:
Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, stooping, and crouching for extended periods while performing warehouse duties. Twisting of upper body and neck extended periods while performing warehouse duties.
