Job Description

Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements
• Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product and in the time requested.
• Verify the quality, type and number of materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g. packing list).
• Safely operate distribution equipment

Attention to detail
• Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
• Ability to read and write in English
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
• Warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature (59–86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and/or freezer-room (minus 4 – 23 degrees F).
• Walk, stand, reach, push, pull and lift up to 40lbs on a continuous basis.
• Regularly climb ladders.
• May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch and crawl.
• May handle “packaged” hazardous materials.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $13.31–$20.00.
