Position Overview:
+ Completes basic operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Warehouse / Transport / Dispatch).
+ Relocation will not be offered for this role.
Responsibilities:
+ Accurately pick and pack orders (Handheld scanners)..
+ Operates power equipment including Reach Truck and 5k forklifts.
+ Place materials in storage area in designated places.
+ Maintains 5’s conditions in the warehouse by sweeping and general cleanup.
+ Follow established safety procedures
+ Follows all rules of the department, company, and state and federal laws.
+ Willing and available to work overtime and weekends as needed
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
+ Ability to meet production standards.
+ Ability to read, write and grasp metric measuring system.
+ Demonstrate the ability to count and record material data with a high degree of accuracy.
+ Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis and be on feet 8 or more hours/day
+ Available for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off days.
+ Ability to read, write and grasp metric measuring system.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Education andExperience:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Upto 2 years of experience into manufacturing field.
+ Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or material handling role is helpful.
+ Demonstrate the ability to count and record material data with a high degree of accuracy.
+ Available for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off days
