IGT is seeking a Material Handler I to become an integral part of our ambitious Reno logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general order fulfillment, including pulling and picking items, preparing orders for shipping, verifying orders, and maintaining inventory levels. Prepare orders thoroughly for shipping, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all orders. Move raw materials and parts using hand and powered machinery. Complete SAP transactions and workflows with accuracy and efficiency to maintain seamless operations. Monitor and maintain stock levels for all inventory items, ensuring adequate supply for production needs. Provide backup support to the Supervisor or other team members as needed. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Good verbal and written communication skills in English required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic mathematical skills to handle inventory counting and order verifications. Understanding and experience with computer systems. Ability to remain physically active for the entirety of the shift. Must be able to regularly lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs safely. Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed. Ability to pass a security background investigation. At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $18/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
