RESUMEN GENERAL (SUMMARY): Shift 8
Prepara y distribuye los solventes requeridos en nuestros procesos manuales y automáticos según Bill of Material y Spec que apliquen. Responsable de documentar diariamente los solventes y lotes utilizados.
TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES):
1. Suple solvente a todas las posiciones en la línea manual y/o maquinas evitando derrames en el piso.
2. Cambia las esponjas de acuerdo a la frecuencia establecida en los SOPs.
3. Se asegura que los utensilios o “fixtures” (si aplica) sean los correctos de acuerdo con las especificaciones y procedimientos.
4. Identifica las bases con “labels” correspondientes.
5. Documenta en el “log book” la información requerida según los SOPs y SPEC aplicables.
6. Mantener el área donde se preparan las mezclas limpia y ordenada según requerimientos de 6 S.
7. Disponer (desechar) de cualquier solvente cumpliendo con los requerimientos ambientales.
8. Revisa el proceso de manufactura para asegurarse que se están utilizando los solventes correctos.
9. Cumplir en todo momento con las reglas de la compañía, con las Buenas Practicas de Documentación y regulaciones de EHS.
10.Identificar oportunidades relacionadas a EHS para generar las I Care Cards.
11.Estas tareas y responsabilidades no se limitan a lo antes mencionado. Se puede requerir otros, según las necesidades del departamento indicadas por el Group Leader y/o Supervisor.
DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS):
Trabajo Mediano: Ejerce de 20 lbs hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o de 10 lbs. hasta 25lbs. de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o una cantidad insignificante mayor 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, halar y mover objetos. Las demandas de los requerimientos físicos exceden los del Trabajo Liviano.
EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE):
Graduado de Escuela Superior.
CUALIFICACIONES (QUALIFICATIONS):
Tener conocimiento básico de matemáticas Tener conocimientos básicos en lectura e interpretación de “blueprints”y “BOM” Conocimientos básicos sobre manejo de “solvent wastes”
IDIOMA (LANGUAGE):
Saber leer e interpretar Inglés
