Team member must work in an organized, accurate, timely and safe manner. Team member must be able to demonstrate good work ethics in teamwork and individual work. Team member must also be able to work well under pressure, execute duties in a prioritized manner daily and has a shared responsibility for meeting department targets for safety, quality, cost, and customer service. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, with overtime as needed. Pay range: $18.00 - $19.74 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for working the second shift. + Load finished goods or unload raw materials to and from trucks. + Timely fulfillment and delivery of materials and product to support of production goals and customer deadlines. + Safely operate a forklift (upon completion of certification program). + Process Raw Material receipts. + Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks. + Maintain inventory accuracy. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Previous forklift experience. + Must complete and pass forklift certification program. + Must be able to operate a forklift in a professional manner and have good maneuverability skills. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: + May be required to lift up to approximately 35 pounds + Must be able to stand at workstation for a long period of time + Must be able to use both hands in a repetitive motion + Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and dust particles + Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.
