Position available:

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 (Flexibility needed- Required to work up to 10 hours a day if needed, weekends if needed, and sometimes early morning or late nights. Notice to these changes will be given.)$22.77 / hour

Job Details:

The material handler specialist is responsible for training new associates in all areas of the distribution center.The trainee will be expected to perform their duties at a high level of performance within six (6) months after beginning the training program. Failure to meet this expectation may result in termination.This position requires working onsite.

Job Responsibilities:      

Train and/or cross train other associates as needed or required by managementOperate powered industrial trucks safely and efficientlyLoad and unload trailersSort, count, package, label, wrap, box, and stage product for shipmentPrepare reports and maintain records as requested by supervisionKeep work area clean and orderlyPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements

1.5 years of equipment operating experienceGood written/oral communication skillsBilingual verbal and written required (English & Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of equipment operating experiencePrevious training experience preferredAbility to operate material handling equipment such as motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.Good verbal and written communication skills
