By providing a high level of benefit coverage at a reasonable cost to the employee, we hope to foster a long and productive employment relationship. **Position Summary** The purpose of this position is to perform routine picking, unloading trucks, loading trucks, and various warehouse functions by performing the following duties. **Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities** + Unloads trucks and stocks materials + Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds + Picks and prepares customer orders for shipment + Loads outbound trucks + Maintains inventory and cycle count accuracy **Qualifications and Skill Requirements** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 0-1 years of fabrication experience in a warehouse environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience + Proper lifting techniques required + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus + Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk + Required to stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, or crawl + Be vigilant about safety + Quality - conscious, oriented to excellence + Computer Skills At YKK AP America Inc., pay is only part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
