**Adecco is hiring 1st and 2nd shift Material Handlers in Anderson South Carolina.** **Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20.25** **SUMMARY** The Warehouse Tugger Operator is responsible for operating a tugger vehicle to transport materials, products, and goods throughout the warehouse or manufacturing facility. This role is vital for maintaining an organized and efficient supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting various production and storage functions. The operator must adhere to safety protocols, manage inventory effectively, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate a tugger vehicle to transport materials, products, and goods within the warehouse or production facility. + Load and unload materials from storage locations to designated areas. + Ensure products are delivered to the correct production or assembly lines in a timely manner. + Maintain inventory control by ensuring accurate transport and delivery of goods, and assist in stock organization. + Perform routine safety checks and maintenance of the tugger vehicle. + Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while operating the tugger and handling materials. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure that all operational needs are met and that production targets are achieved. + Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate material flow and resolve any issues that may arise. + Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including organizing goods, performing inventory counts, and other duties as required. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience operating a tugger, forklift, or similar material handling equipment is required. + Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Ability to lift and move materials up to [weight requirement]. + High school diploma or equivalent. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. + Must be able to operate tugger vehicles safely and efficiently. + Ability to lift up to 40lbs as needed. **Work Environment:** + Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. + Safety equipment, including steel-toed boots and gloves may be required. **Pay Details:** $18.50 to $20.25 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
