Job Description: + Execute the receiving, storing, consolidating, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for projects and sales orders. + Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another + Physically and systemically receive and issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments + Create, monitor and timely resolve all material that requires Non Conformance Reporting and the use of our Quarantine process. + Arrange domestic and international shipments by various multimodal transports (Air, Ocean, Road) to/from various destinations in compliance with internal and external regulations + Create and/or maintain transactional inventory records + Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity + Communicate notify appropriate personnel of shipping inventory discrepancies + Fill orders and deliver to internal and external stakeholders as required + Maintain stocking inventory objectives + Quantifies and verifies cycle count + May assist in training new hires + Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies; and key concern reporting + Perform other duties and or special projects as assigned Required Qualifications + High school Diploma or local equivalent + 3-5 years’ experience in storing and material handling + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the use of SAP + Forklift license with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar industry + Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language + Proficient in basic mathematics + Ability to communicate well and work with others + Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment + Ability to consistently lift + Skilled in forklift driving to pick up totes, drums and pails.
