About The RoleYou are a self-starter who can work independently and with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment. Ensuring the safety of our people and workplace, making sure to keep up-time of equipment per the System Level Equipment (SLE).

What You Get To Do Everyday

Work with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Microsoft Suite, Google Suite. 

Identify and troubleshoot material handling equipment that impacts facility product flow 

Develop positive cross functional internal and external relationship with focus on delivering targeted results that improve the overall occupancy experience, operating efficiency and site reliability 

Conduct routine repairs/ tasks with tools and equipment 

Perform associated tasks on 3 phase electrical systems under 600 volts, critical preventive maintenance predictive maintenance, drive unit and component rebuilds 

PLC/controls a plus

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience 

Strong technical knowledge of MHE and automation in a distribution environment

Ability to work, plan, and prioritize independently and in a cross functional team 

Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills inclusive of exercising good judgment

Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management 

Learn and apply working knowledge of related work area processes and procedures 

Availability to work weekends

The expected hourly rate for this role is 31.53-45.04. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
