As a Materials Management Advisor, you will support supply chain, warehouse, and maintenance functions and activities with the daily/weekly management of reverse logistics. The position will also work with external suppliers to coordinate material returns in a timely fashion.

Minimum Requirements:

Two years experience in logistics management with increasing responsibilities in various operational rolesPrevious material purchasing experience is an assetPost secondary business or Supply Chain background preferredFluent in SAP, Word, and Excel

Key Accountabilities:

Work with Procurement to return unused material back to external suppliers and receive creditsWork with Warehouse to facilitate material returns to stockWork with Warehouse to re-kit or re-allocate returned materialMaintain master Reverse Logistics spreadsheet to show ownership and completion of each line itemProvide monthly stewardship/reports to SCM and BU leaders to show progress of reverse logistics (items returned, money saved, etc.)Coordinate material movements between Inventory, Warehouse, and External CustomersWork with Maintenance to identify and return outstanding material coresPerform Asset Recovery functions of intercompany transfers and external sales as required

You will work out of our Base Plant Mine in Fort McMurray, AlbertaThe shift schedule is Monday to FridayOur business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
