This is an amazing opportunity to work with an established, family-oriented company in Meridian, MS. You will work alongside a machine operator to produce and package product to be shipping across the country!
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Pick and pack all products and sample finished goods throughout machine production.
- Ability to pay close attention to product and proper raw material usage
- Responsible for the accurate counting of daily production
- Assist Machine Operator in producing high quality and high quantity product
- Maintain daily production reports
- Assist in machine changeover and all daily machine functions
- General housekeeping duties
Work Experience
The preferred candidate should have:
- Previous packaging experience or experience in manufacturing industry preferred but not required
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
