Job Summary

As a Indirect Materials Planner at our company, will be responsible for executing requisitions orders for indirect materials, services and general operating supplies from demand (requisition) through delivery. Using a clear understanding of financial impact and business accounting as it pertains to purchasing, maintain communication with suppliers and internal customers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Responsible for submitting the Indirect material requisitions based on consumables Facilities needs. Responsible of interpreting the Consumables Facilities indirect material requests. Analyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels. Work with Users and Finance Controller to accomplish Monthly Budget threshold. Maintain the Indirect MRP /KB Items within the SS required.  Ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders with the supplier. Maintain the Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula. Add or Remove Material from stock based on Consumption. Quotation for Indirect Materials on New Parts. Installed Rack Capacity administration on Tool Crib Skills Procurement / Planning Knowledge Optimizing Inventory with Service Lean Manufacturing Knowledge Kanban / MRP knowledge Supply chain  (logistics / import /export)  knowledge Executing abilities Communication skills Data maintenance knowledge Minimum Experience Required Minimum of 1 year of material planner experience
