**Job Summary** As a Indirect Materials Planner at our company, will be responsible for executing requisitions orders for indirect materials, services and general operating supplies from demand (requisition) through delivery. Using a clear understanding of financial impact and business accounting as it pertains to purchasing, maintain communication with suppliers and internal customers. **Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)** + Responsible for submitting the Indirect material requisitions based on consumables Facilities needs. + Responsible of interpreting the Consumables Facilities indirect material requests. Analyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels. + Work with Users and Finance Controller to accomplish Monthly Budget threshold. + Maintain the Indirect MRP /KB Items within the SS required. + Ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders with the supplier. + Maintain the Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula. + Add or Remove Material from stock based on Consumption. + Quotation for Indirect Materials on New Parts. + Installed Rack Capacity administration on Tool Crib **Skills** + Procurement / Planning Knowledge + Optimizing Inventory with Service + Lean Manufacturing Knowledge + Kanban / MRP knowledge + Supply chain (logistics / import /export) knowledge + Executing abilities + Communication skills + Data maintenance knowledge **Minimum Experience Required** + Minimum of 1 year of material planner experience
