Material Planner
Missions
Express delivery needs to suppliers and follow up on deliveries to ensure the availability of goods for Alstom projects. Monitor supplier performance KPIs and participate in improving supplier performance. Manage purchase requisition flow for internal suppliers and follow up with sourcing for external suppliers. Ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data and create material planning documents. Communicate material planning documents to suppliers, analyze their confirmations, and evaluate the risk/impact on production/projects. Maintain a routine with suppliers to check delivery status, manage MRP exception messages, and resolve receiving issues. Apply APSYS roadmap and standards, respect Alstom EHS policy, and participate in EHS improvement and targets achievement.
Educational requirements:
Master degree or Industrial Engineering diploma in Supply Chain or similar.Experience
A successful initial experience in material planning or similar role.
