Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.•\t订单处理；保证采购需求正确地转成采购订单并且发送到供应商处，订单收货监控以及根据客户订单情况对采购订单交期调整或者取消 •\t物料短缺处理：对潜在或已经影响生产的缺料与跨部门协作提供解决方案，保证物料连续供应以及客户订单准时交付•\t发票与付款：发票问题协调以及订单按时付款监控•\t物料分类以及安全库存：根据物料A/B/C&X/Y/Z&/F/M/R设置物料组合分类, 产品生命周期管理，根据服务水平、物料分类、采购方式、质量水平来定义安全库存水平•\t库存参数：计算并在ERP系统维护库存参数，包括安全库存，再订购点，批量，货期以及补货策略•\t库存管控：每天管理MRP中的异常信息，支持平时的盘点以及年终盘点•\t库存绩效：分析过量以及无需求/库龄较长的物料库存，采用适合的方法优化库存绩效•\t供应商管理：通过供应商日常OTD监控改善、LT优化、以及服务零活性改善而取得最佳供应商绩效•\t其他优化项目以及直线经理安排的临时工作任务

Qualifications for the role

\t本科及以上学历，在物料计划采购以及库存管理方面的专业知识\t良好的数据分析能力，高敏感度地发现问题、分析根本原因，识别潜在风险并寻找解决方案\t良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，有一定的财务知识\t熟练使用EXCEL、PPT等办公软件，会熟练使用SAP更佳\t熟悉工厂运作流程，了解常用物料计划方法，熟悉工厂采购流程和KPI\t至少3年外资企业物料计划与采购经验，曾使用Lean Sigma或者相似理论领导团队优化流程或者承担优化任务的经验更佳\t开朗、乐于沟通、有责任心、可承担压力\t团队工作、乐于改变以及接受改变
