**Position:** Material Planning Associate I **Job Description:** Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We're looking for a candidate who has some HR experience but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR. **What You'll Be Doing** + Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand-lower dollar value and/or lower part count. + Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching, shortage reports and the Arrow flex reports with minimum customer interaction. + Prepare Arrow generated forecasts for e-compass. Upload and manage the exceptions generated from the e-compass processing. + Maintain manual bonds to assure interrupted availability of inventory. **What We're Looking For** + Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English. + Minimum 1 year of related experience + Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial or business related field required + Highly prefer experience with Oracle + Excel Intermediate **What's In It For You?** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
