Job Summary
The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization within the Naval Air Missiles Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) is looking for a Lead MPM Associate Director, to lead the AIM-9X and JSOW portfolios. The candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse team and managing a dynamic and complex organization.
They will lead the MPM teams assigned to the AIM-9X and JSOW portfolios and are responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies, proposals & program execution within the portfolio. The position requires the ability to exert influence on overall objectives and long-range goals of the product lines and their PMO. This position involves direct management of MPMs, supporting operation in the Tucson, AZ area.
What You Will Do:
Accountable for SCM cost, schedule, and quality
Managing MPMs supporting the AIM-9X and JSOW portfolio of programs
Manage, develop and lead SCM proposal activities including supplier RFPs and BOEs.
Interfaces with Customers ensuring satisfactory standards of service.
Coordinate & develop OSC requirements for all gate reviews & execute proposed strategies.
Overall ownership of the Supplier Management process
Implement and drive process improvements that result in a healthy value chain for development and production programs·
Strong business acumen with budget and schedule responsibility
Experience and interest in verbal/visual presentations of OSC activities, plans, tasks, and/or delivery outlooks and program-level information to internal and USG Customers.
Experience with Technical Data Package (TDP)
Experience with transition of programs from design to manufacturing.
Ability to lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and break down barriers.
Experience developing and executing competitive bids and proposals through collaboration with multiple manufacturing and functional teams.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience leading personnel and teams in matrixed organizations as a collaborative leader that shares program information and requirements to enable success.
Experience interfacing with external customers and all levels of internal management.
Good interpersonal skills to influence and manage cross functional tasks.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Experience with Six Sigma/CORE tools and applications.
Experience leading teams in cost reduction/process improvement initiatives.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
