Summary:

We are looking for a self-performing Material Services Worker who will work independently under minimal supervision to provide a high level of services to our clients and our building. The Material Services Worker performs mail pick up and delivery, shipping and receiving, warehousing and logistics work falling within the scope of work defined in the Facility Maintenance Services Agreement (FMSA) as and when required, directed or assigned.

The successful candidate will be physically fit, be attentive to details, well organized and be able to multi-task in a demanding healthcare environment.  

Qualifications:

Possess the mathematical and language skills normally attained through secondary school graduation. Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain an effective working relationship with our clients, contractors and other in-house staff.  Self-starter and able to work independently.  Prioritize multiple requests or demands placed on his or her time.  The successful applicant will need to pass a security clearance.

This is a full-time position with a current union rate of $23.92 per hour.
