**Overview** Material Subject Matter Expert (WRALC-2025-22322): Bowhead seeks to network with some site Material Subject Matter Expert for an upcoming proposal effort at Robins AFB, GA. The Material Subject Matter Expert willprovide support for the Depot Supply Chain Manager (DSCM), and the role of Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG), Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Logistics Requirements Determination Process (LRDP) and Maintenance Requirements Supportability Process (MRSP) Teams, WR-ALC/Depot Supply Chain Manager (DSCM) and the Supply Chain role of DLA, Life Cycle Management Center (LCMC), and 638 Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG). **Responsibilities** Job duties will include but are not limited to: + Responsible for planning and performance management across the WR- ALC and AFSC organizations to meet the strategic goals of the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC). + Provide a full range of functional and subject management expertise for strategic planning and performance management across the WR-ALC and AFSC organizations, logistics and operations support, functional subject matter expertise, process standardization and improvement, operational support services as requested by the Air Force and WR-ALC/OB. + May be required to serve in a capacity as a contractor Wing level material system analyst as duties arise. + Daily tasking may range from simple to highly complex efforts requiring contractor expertise that will correlate to the complexity of the requirements. + Provide support for the WR-ALC/OB in the areas of supply chain management planning and analysis in support of implementation and sustainment of strategic logistics business transformation efforts. + Utilizing the tenets and relevant tools to execute duties, conduct day-to-day tasks, and integrate with other agencies. + Be able to explain how Art of the Possible principles and Leadership Model tenets are used in actions, activities, and duties. + Take ownership of assigned workload; develop and implement plans to achieve directed tasks; communicate status orally and in written form; identify risks and issues and elevate to program and government leadership as necessary, and execute with little oversight. + Apply experience in maintenance material processes and evaluating processes relating to logistical initiatives affecting the Wing. This includes ensuring compliance in maintenance material processes, developing and assisting in the management and process for new initiative concepts that involve automated maintenance material systems, and responsible for developing process improvement with problem resolution. + Represent WR-ALC/OB locally and independently while interacting with high level Center, Complex, and Group senior leaders on strategic goals and objectives, performance measurement issues and status as well as process standardization issues. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Possess 6 years of Subject Matter Expertise in the are of logistics and supply chain management + Bachelors Degree required. + Possess the basic knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and be responsible for the successful completion of the work. + Have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this supervisory role. + Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. + Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language. + Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government Representative, and outside contacts. + Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. + Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record. + Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. **Supervisory Responsibilities** + Provides leadership and direction to the technical team. + Monitor/provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, coaching, and disciplinary action. + Ensures flow of communication from upper management to employees and vice versa. **Physical Demands** + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. + Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time. + Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically. + High noise levels are common as is the potential exposure to heat/cold, noise, dusts, mist, and/or fumes. **Environment** + Limited physical accommodations available. + Work areas consist of office and non-office settings such and industrial locations. + Requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes COVID-19 mask, safety glasses, protective-toe footwear, gloves, and hearing protection. **Physical Demands:** + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds + Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time + Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
