Purpose of Role:
Lead the end-to-end material supply chain network, development and assessments over vendors reliability, to meet consumer and customer service objectives, whilst maintaining efficient costs and production efficiencies (cost and cash).
Perform medium to long term capacity planning and recommend solutions to possible imbalances.
Critical metrics:
Service & Inventory Optimization (Material OTIF, Case Fill rate due to materials, OEE due to materials, Total Inventory ($M, DIOs) vs Target, % Healthy Inventory, SLOB (%, $M) Days Forward Coverage, Provisions, Write-Offs)
Supply Planning: Capacity Utilization, Adherence to Agreed Production Plan, Adherence to Agreed Replenishment Plan, DRP Plan Stability, MPS Plan Stability, MPS Plan Rates vs Actual Production Rates, Adherence to Agreed Delivery Frequency (DRP), Escalations, Obsolete (Raw Materials and Components), Days Forward Coverage
Make: Adherence to agreed production plan, Overall Equipment Efficiency
Saving projects ($M savings)
Top Accountabilities:
Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing of vital material and supplies needed to meet the production.
Co-lead with procurement the strategy for sourcing initiatives by providing analytical insights driven by quantitative modelling.
Identify with anticipation and communicate potential supply risks and collaborate with procurement and planning to resolve structural issues in the mid and long term.
Work collaboratively with Procurement, Deployment and Governance to secure the accurate development of current and new vendors.
Collaborate cross functionally with procurement and planning on improving supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Address any supply disruption or conflict situation through consensus solution or recommendation for escalation.
Link with Innovation to strengthen speed and support of new product launch.
Work collaboratively with Sites’ leadership, Demand Planning Manager and S&OP Business Partners to deliver market requirements.
Establish important metric Framework and dashboard to illustrate Material Planning performance.

Capacity Planning:
Understand supplier and operational capacity, resources and constraints and make sure that they are communicated on time.
Continuously review and understand demand signal in the planning horizon and respond appropriately to changes in Demand.
Long range Business Planning of key procurement categories such as closures, glass, labels etc.
Actively revaluate vendors capacity and highlight any areas that are capacity constrained.
Leading the proactive creation of scenario planning with key suppliers for fast analysis and decisions proposal.
Support ongoing Business Continuity Planning and Visualization work to ensure risks are proactively identified and that strategic plans will support resolution where needed.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Skills and Capabilities:
Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes; Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Inventory Planning, Conversion, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service
Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and/or forecasting methodologies with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
Strong analytical, interpersonal and decision making skills
Good interpersonal skills – verbal, written and presentation.
Proficient in MS applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
English adn Spanish 100% Fluid
Experience:
+5 years Supply Network Planning (Materials, Production and Distribution) experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry preferred
Experience with sophisticated planning software with Supply Planning (SAP APO, OMP preferred)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in appropriate supply chain, mathematical, engineering, or business degree.
APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent desirable.
