Who will you be working with?

You will support our Operations team and customers by making sure of parts and customer orders flow efficiently to their final destination.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Oak Creek Operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that allow for the efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.  Areas include Shipping and Receiving, Inventory Support, and Carpentry. 

What do we want to know about you?

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Basic math and computer skillsAbility to learn an RF systemProficient in forklift operation. Stand up reach truck preferredProficient in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Word & ExcelAttention to detailStrong work ethicOn time and at work every dayAbility to be a self-starter and professionally react to different situationsAbility to effectively and efficiently manage time and targetsMinimum of one years of relevant warehouse experience.

What will your typical day look like?

Ship and receive both finished equipment as well as componentsCycle count inventoryAccurately pull parts for production areas and accurately stock parts in warehouse locationsOversee the proper loading and handling of goods and materialsMaintain supplies and materials for shipmentsValidate the shipping materials and goods with the packing slipsEnsure the completion of all paperwork relating inbound and outbound shipmentsInspect and document any damaged goods or any other discrepancies and report the results to managementMonitor inventory records and file reports of discrepancies in quantities and damages to managementCount or weigh parts to check quantity accuracyExecute all safety procedures and standards with regard to the storage and receipt of materialsContinuously improve processes to better safety, quality or efficiencyKeep an organized record of all shipments and/or including freight charges on invoices.Provide parts and documentation as requestedMaintain a clean/organized work area through daily 5S and maintain equipment accordinglyTrain new employees

What about the physical demands of the job?

Work is primarily medium duty and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.This position requires the ability to sit, stand and walk unassisted.Requires the use of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.The employee is required to talk and hear. Normal correctable vision is required.

The starting rate for this role is $20.16 per hour

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
