The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 a year. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst that is dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented to join our supply chain team.

The Supply Chain Analyst will have extensive experience with PowerBI, SAP, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel functions, and will focus on optimizing the inventory management processes. This role will be critical in providing actionable insights to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and support efficient supply chain operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

DATA ANALYSIS:

Analyze inventory data from SAP ERP to track inventory variance trends, material scrap levels, and material data errors. Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, array formulas, macros) to create detailed inventory reports and perform complex data analysis. Analyze historical production performance trends to forecast future planning rates and make changes in SAP, as required.

REPORTING AND DATA MANAGEMENT:

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on daily and month-end inventory performance, including analysis of slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock. Extract file to validate daily production confirmations are accurate and then communicate to all teams any required corrections to production orders. Ensure data integrity and manage data quality across inventory systems by running system readiness checks.

COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT:

Collaborate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to understand inventory discrepancies and provide data-driven support to identify root cause of losses. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures based on root cause findings. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency that will lead to reduced production costs. Support the Cycle Count Program by completing counts on the production floor and entering counts, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Must be proficient in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Must have strong experience with SAP ERP systems, including data extraction and reporting. Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, data visualization, VBA/macros). Must have the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Must have strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build and improve trusting relationships. Must have a working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools, and the ability to develop actionable insights from data.
