**Job Description** Join our dynamic defense technology company as a warehouse worker, where you will be part of our Supply Chain team at the Costa Mesa and Santa Ana locations. This role requires excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills. You will work the day shift (7am-3:30pm), typically working 5 hours of voluntary overtime per week and some Saturdays. Pay will be based on experience but will be between $20-$28 an hour. **Responsibilities** + Process shipping and receiving at the Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations as needed. + Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product. + Ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move. + Pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials and supplies where needed, and stage finished product for final distribution. + Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority. + Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages. + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks. + Courier inventory as needed between sites in Santa Ana & Costa Mesa. + Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production schedules. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role. + 2+ years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling. + Familiarity with inventory management including Lot, Serial, and Batch tracking at high mix, high production volumes. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling. + Excellent customer service skills. + Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
