Entity: Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions Pte Ltd (PWCS)

Location: 61 Seletar Aerospace View, Singapore 797560 (Island-wide company transport is provided).

Responsibilities:

Materials

Daily store goods receive, issuance and all other material movement activity 

Chemical and waste store management 

Incoming spares and materials bonding inspection 

Tracking of shortages and delivery. 

Reconciliation of invoices discrepancies (DFM). 

Review and carry out appropriate action for open purchase orders. 

Liaise with vendors on defect parts for resolution (DR report).

Run daily report for materials department.

Assist and conduct periodic stock taking 

Assist in material movement for due to quality issues 

Working closely together with a dynamic team of experienced buyers to achieve excellent results. 

Performs other duties as requested by management. 

EHS

Work in accordance with accepted safe and environmental practices

Report unsafe conditions and practices

Compliance to safety rules and procedures and propose for safety measurement 

Support achievement of EH&S goals and objectives 

Comply with EH&S rules, policies and procedures 

Attend required training 

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering/Materials Management/Supply Chain Management

3 - 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in aerospace industry. 

Team player, result-oriented and self-motivated 

Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills (English), spoken and written 

Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office applications 

Must be resourceful, proactive and possess a sense of initiative

Able to work in fast pace environment 

Background in Continuous Improvements and related aviation MRO experience would be an advantage
