What You Will Do + Daily store goods receive, issuance and all other material movement activity + Incoming spares and materials bonding inspection + Track any shortages and delivery of goods and materials + Support in chemical and waste store management + Reconcile any invoices discrepancies in invoicing system + Review and carry out appropriate action for open purchase orders + Work closely with external and internal stakeholders such as vendors, buyers and Operations. + Run daily report for the materials department + Assist material movement due to quality issues (Return Material Authorization) and conduct periodic stock take + Support the continuous improvement programs and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities. + Upkeep and maintain store level of productivity and safety through 6S activities (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) Qualifications You Must Have + Diploma in Engineering , Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciplines + Min 3 years’ store/inventory management experience + Knowledge and experience in SAP and Microsoft Office applications + Resourceful and proactive with initiative to drive for results + Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management + Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills + Flexible to support overtime to support business needs if required Qualifications We Prefer + Relevant aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
