Kent is hiring a Materials Clerk to support the Golden Pass LNG Project within our CCSU business unit, working closely alongside our client and with support of the wider Kent group to provide material management services for the project.




Your responsibilities: Completes daily tasks in a safe manner. Maintains and updates the material management modules in the Oracle database.Entry of material receiving records into the Oracle database.Produces and distributes for approval manual material purchase requisitions and Oracle generated purchase requisitions.Maintains material purchase requisition log.Transfers purchasing, receiving and quality documentation into SharePoint folders.Distribution of material purchasing requisition, receiving records, material transfers and logs.Creates and updates material related spreadsheets and progress dashboards.Produces ad hoc material reports for the material management department.Coordinates with accounts payable to process invoices as necessary.Provide clerical services as required.Other duties as requested by the supervisor.Your knowledge, skills, and experience: Knowledgeable of material management procedures.Ability to use inventory computer programs to update records and compile reports, such as spreadsheets.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Advance proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and databases.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have at least two (2) years of experience.
