The Opportunity
The Materials Coordinator will play a key role in supporting site construction by managing material movements in partnership with the supply chain team. This position involves close collaboration with the warehouse team to oversee deliveries, log receipts in our ERP system, and coordinate with materials controllers, logistics, procurement, engineering, QA, and site teams.
Key duties include data entry, system management, and daily coordination of material flow across refinery laydown yards, warehouses, and third-party storage.

Role requirements:
