To assess and categorize surplus, obsolete, or decommissioned telecom or general equipment and materials for auction or disposal based on company policies and market value based on auction process or judiciary expert estimation.To conduct regular market research to identify potential buyers, industry demand trends, and fair market values for various telecom or general assets.To organize the end-to-end auction process, including scheduling, advertising, bidder registration, and facilitating the sale with the cooperation of the Warehouse team or regional managers.To establish and maintain relationships with scrap dealers and recycling vendors to ensure maximum value recovery.To maintain accurate records of disposed assets, including auction results, and financial reconciliation reports.To collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to track the movement and status of assets earmarked for disposal or auction.To act as the point of contact for potential buyers, address inquiries, provide detailed asset descriptions with the cooperation of the business owners, and ensure a transparent auction process.To oversee the secure handling and disposal of telecom assets containing sensitive data to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.To promote sustainability by ensuring eco-friendly disposal practices and adherence to the company’s environmental policies.To analyze auction and disposal outcomes to generate insights, identify improvement areas, and prepare.To manage relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and direct reports.To present and support the disposal case motivations in the tender Committee, provide related information, and collect approvals.To manage the requirements of holding an auction e.g. auction’s document preparation, terms and conditions, pricing, negotiations, and payment, in accordance with procurement policies and disposal and procedures.To develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers.To report periodically to related teams on the progress of procurement assignments.To act as a team member to support the cost savings and cost-avoidance assigned targets.To establish beneficial commercial terms and conditions at the best value and total cost of ownership with the consultation of the line manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization; experience working in a medium organization.Experience in telecom or technology supply chain categories is highly preferred.
