Basic Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Ceramic Engineering, or similar field from an accredited institution. Familiarity with common materials characterization techniques, such as metallographic preparation, optical microscopy and mechanical testing. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. B.S. Degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Ceramic Engineering, or similar field from an accredited institution and 1+ years of experience in high temperature light-weight alloy metallurgy Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with optical microscopy and metallographic preparation techniques.
