We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our logistics and warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving, organizing, and managing materials and products within the facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by handling inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments, ensuring they match purchase orders and delivery documents.Safely and efficiently move materials, parts, and products to designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.Assist in stock organization, including labeling, tagging, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.Record material movements and track inventory using barcode scanners or inventory management systems.Prepare materials for shipment by properly packaging, labeling, and organizing items for delivery.Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse or storage area to ensure safe working conditions and maximize space utilization.Assist with order picking and packing based on production needs or customer orders.Operate and maintain material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company safety standards.Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor or manager.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient material flow through the facility.Support other warehouse or logistics functions as needed, such as quality checks, returns processing, or housekeeping.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

Entry-levelProven experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or logistics (1-3 years)Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (certification preferred). Previous experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment. Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Certification in material handling or warehouse operations (e.g., OSHA forklift certification). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
